Our Mission
To maintain commitment to Health Promotion and Disease prevention through the integration of faith and nursing care of the whole person, mind body and spirit—we strive to decrease health disparities and increase health equity by working with other community organizations who live by these values. We work to increase access to health care and other needed services for our congregation and communities throughout Collin County by using a Holistic model for health care.
